Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MK Empire Rewards (“the Service”), operated by MK Empire Pty Ltd ABN 00 000 000 000. By joining and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Membership is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Members in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and South Australia (SA) are eligible for mini draws and all member perks, but are not eligible for major monthly draws due to state-specific permit requirements.

2. Membership & Subscription

MK Empire Rewards offers three membership tiers:

• Silver — $20 per month (4 draw entries)
• Gold — $50 per month (9 draw entries)
• Diamond — $100 per month (22 draw entries)

All new members receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, your nominated payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

3. Draw Entries

Entries are automatically allocated to eligible members at the start of each calendar month based on their active subscription tier. Members must have an active subscription at the time of the draw to be eligible. Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Prize Draws

All draws are conducted by Random Draws Pty Ltd, an independent third-party platform. Draws are held on the date specified for each draw. Winners are selected by a random number generator. MK Empire Pty Ltd and its employees, directors, and associates are not eligible to enter draws.

5. Prize Conditions

Prize values stated are approximate retail values (ARV) in Australian dollars. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated. Winners are responsible for any government charges, taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving their prize.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the email address registered to their account within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 business days, or fails to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, an alternative winner may be drawn.

7. Deals & Discounts

Member deals are provided by third-party partners. MK Empire Rewards makes no representation as to the ongoing availability of any deal. Deals may be withdrawn or modified without notice.

8. Referral Program

Members earn a referral reward when a person they refer successfully subscribes to a paid membership tier. Referral rewards are credited monthly and may be withdrawn to a nominated bank account (minimum $10). Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
